Martin is an organisational change specialist and promoter of sustainable business. He has over 25 years’ international consulting experience in strategy, culture, and change leadership, working with governments, major corporations and non-profit organisations around the world. He is a skilled facilitator, futurist, educator, mentor and coach utilising appreciative and generative approaches.
His recent work includes a highly participative feasibility study for a fund to support economic, social and political development for a group of small island economies in the Caribbean; significant support to a Japanese Motor Manufacturer in transforming their statutory financial reporting processes in Europe; and support for a European aggregates business in addressing issues of sustainable business which has enabled them to join the Dow Jones sustainability Index.
Martin enjoys the challenges presented by complex issues, breaking them down into simpler systems and a passion for helping people move forward positively.
He first graduated in Law from Cambridge University and subsequently completed an Executive MBA from Cranfield University.
Martin is joint owner of Simplexity Limited and a Partner in Camunico BV. He was a Director and Member of Unlocking Foresight, a Community Interest Company aimed at building a community of senior leaders who are prepared to think the unthinkable and to take the necessary actions to achieve a preferred future. Martin is a Fellow of the RSA and a Member of the IoD.
