Andreas Priestland

Andreas works internationally in the field of leadership education, organisational learning and change management. He was in the internal change and development team of a major multi-national for almost 20 years, and in 2006 established his own consultancy. He has been an associate with SAMI since 2009.
He has worked with a wide range of organisations. These include pharmaceuticals, technology, petrochemicals, oil and gas, engineering, media and educational companies. Recently he spent 18 months working for one of the UN agencies helping them develop a new senior leaders education programme.
His publications include Working with Education: A Framework of Business Objectives and Activities (Education + Training Journal, Vol. 32 No. 2, 1990); Developing First Level Leaders (Harvard Business Review, June 2005 Editor: Thomas Stuart); and The Tao of Dialogue (Routledge, 2019)
Andreas has degree in Environmental Science, a postgraduate certificate in Education, a diploma in market research and an Executive Masters in Behavioural Science. He was a founding Board Member of the Organisation Development Network Europe. He was raised in the UK, US, India and Lebanon, and now lives in the UK in Hertfordshire.
