As a respected futurist, she boasts an exceptional academic background, including a dual degree as an MBA and Master of Strategic Foresight with distinction from the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
In her role as the Chair of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF), Tanja makes valuable contributions to the global community of futurists and drives forward the professional practice of foresight and futures thinking.
As Founder and Managing Director of Futures2All, Tanja uses her knowledge and skills to help organizations drive futures-oriented and sustainable changes. She guides these organizations through the entire transformation process, maintaining an unwavering focus on shaping positive futures.
Tanja’s collaboration as advisor for the European Commission has seen her take on a leading role in Foresight projects, particularly focusing on participatory futures shaping. This demonstrates her commitment to including all stakeholders in the process of future planning.
In her community, Futures Space, Tanja fosters exchange and collaboration among over 1600 members from more than 90 countries. Together, they strive to explore and shape diverse and positive futures with the AI fuelled online tool ‘Futures Canvas’ designed to create participatory futures.
