Giorgos Georgopoulos

Giorgos is an international technologist and early-stage business builder, with a focus on knowledge-based and professional services, built on over a decade’s experience in technology consulting and half a dozen ventures. He is currently the CEO of Elemendar, a cybersecurity AI scale-up he co-founded graduating from the UK’s first GCHQ / NCSC Accelerator.
Giorgos’ foresight expertise developed as MD of Futurescaper, a crowdsourced foresight software platform trusted by clients including the UN, World Bank Group, OECD, and governments in UK, UAE, Canada, where he grew the team from 4 to 14 while introducing a fully variabilised business model. He has started a technology-augmented accounting outsourcing provider (a going concern having doubled annually for over 4 years); profitably invested in software start-ups including blockchain and enterprise software; served on the first board of a social enterprise for which he secured funding; and advised on B2B software commercialisation for a new PE acquisition. Giorgos began his career as a technology and innovation consultant with PA Consulting Group, where he supported clients across public sector, healthcare, FMCG, transport, and defence. >
Giorgos holds MA, MSci and MPhil degrees from Magdalene College, University of Cambridge. He is fluent in English, French and Greek, having lived and worked in over 15 countries.
